WARRANTY

Dura-Toner.com guarantees (for the first full one year) that all of our remanufactured cartridges will be free of defects, material wise and in our workmanship. If any Dura-Toner.com remanufactured cartridge is found to be defective, we will replace the cartridge at no charge within 365 days, or refund the purchase price of the cartridge within a month from the date of purchase.  We will not refund or replace any cartridges after 365 days from the purchase date.

• We will replace any defective cartridges within the first 365 days of the purchase date

• Full refunds (except shipping charge) will be given within the first 30 days of the purchase date only for defective cartridges.

• No refunds may be applied to products after the first 30 days from the purchase date.

• The restocking fee of 15% will be waived only for the return or exchange of defective products.

• No refunds or exchanges may be applied to products after the first 365 days from the purchase date.

• All returns require obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which can be obtained by calling us.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in the event that our company shipped you the incorrect items.

• Refunds will only be made in the same form as the original payment within 14 days of our receipt of the return.

• A restocking fee of 15% will be applied to all returns and exchanges when products are free of defects.
  - Item must be in the original form.
  - Opened items will NOT be accepted for return or exchange.

• A 15% return fee and shipping charge apply in the case of an incorrectly ordered item by the customer.

• A 25% restocking fee and shipping charge will be added to cancellations that have already been shipped.

• Genuine Original (OEM) cartridges are non-refundable or exchangeable for any reason. The customer must contact the original manufacturer directly to get the warranty.
